My Story
Our Scentsy journey started in May of 2008, a little over 8 years ago. That's how long we've been enjoying the amazing feel good fragrances that come from Scentsy and only Scentsy.
We've always used Scented candles in our home and as fast as we would light the wick, even faster my husband would blow it out! He feared the danger of the flame, the black soot on walls and ceilings along with the exposure of lead particles we were breathing. Then one day we were given a Scentsy Warmer and wax as a gift, knowing nothing about Scentsy or having ever even heard of them. We set up our warmer and put in the wax and that is when we fell in love with Scentsy.
We love the fact that Scentsy is flamless (no fire danger), Wickless (no more black walls and ceilings from soot) and Leadless (no more breathing in lead particles). How could it get any better than that, so out went all of our traditional candles that had a wick and flame and we began our Journey.
Well, for these reasons and more, we made the decision to make the jump into selling Scentsy. It was the perfect solution for our family and it's so FUN and EASY!
Over the years we have had so much fun with all of the Scentsy products. We've made so many friends with whom we have shared ideas and life stories, some good, some not so much with our extended Scentsy family.
We love that Scentsy "gives more than it takes" and "always pays it forward". They support many charties and causes each catalog season. It has allowed all of us and our customers to help support and bring awareness, along with being able to be able to say "hey I helped in raising money and awarness" to this special charity or cause. It is truly amazing to us to see how much a company like Scentsy cares about and gives back to the community and encourges each and every one of us to do the same.
We cherish our mother-daughter connection and Scentsy is the perfect to share quality time with our family and friends. Our Scentsy story is not unlike so many other Scentsy stories.
